Will the ‘Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War’ series ever get Tyranids?

It seems strange that one of the cooler armies hasnt been included yet… Is there any word of them being included in later expansion packs. Or does anyone know a reason for why they’ve been left out?
I’ve heard they didn’t bring them into the last Dow’s cause the current game engine couldn’t handle the nids. But if you haven’t already check out Dow2. It runs on COH game engine. http://www.dawnofwar2.com but from whats been said about #2 is that only 2 races are confirmed which are the Orks, and Space Marines.
Next DOW game engine will have them.
Actually there is a mod to get the Tyranids. My friend tried it out. Apparently it is quite good. It is suspected that the next Dawn of War will have the Tyranids though, nothing certain. Go here to get the Tyranid mod: http://www.moddb.com/mods/5405/tyranid-mod
