why i cant open the console window in halo combat evolved for pc even i press the ~ button?

   The console only exists in Halo Custom Edition.

   And even there, to open it, you need to right click on the short cut to Custom Edition, click properties.

   Now, you see the target, in quotes?
   Good.

   Now, add a space after everything, then add “-console” without the quotes.

   It should look like “the game’s path goes here”-console

   Now apply.
   Congratulations, you may now access the console of Halo CUSTOM edition.
   Sorry, it’s just NOT there in Halo PC.
