Several years ago, you used to be able to play AoK online with the MSN Gaming Zone. When that was taken down, most of the gamers moved to Gamespy, but quickly lost interest, cause Gamespy is... Pretty bad. By now, however, most of the original MSN Zone gamers have found their way to this new site called IGZ. Here's the link : http://www.igzones.com/ This has a very active, large community for Age Of Empires 2. Right now, there are 1,344 people playing The Conquerors, and 97 people playing Age Of Kings (Without the Conquerors expansion).
