Where can I find The Elder Scrolls Redguard?

I don’t like Ebay first off, i wanna find it because i own every other elder scrolls, but redguard has been so impossible to find it. anywhere i could get it cheap? and does it run on XP?

   Amazon.com has everything I need! Try it. I don’t know if it runs on XP though.
