What to do in Fallout 3 after starting project purity?

I got all the DLCs for Fallout 3. I should be able to continue the game after starting project purity, but I cant. No matter who I send in, or if I do it myself. After the outro Im standing in a sickbay. I can move the camera, but not anything else. No cursor, no movement, nothing. Please help!

   When you installed Broken Steel, the little pop-up saying it was activated showed up right? I sent in Charon and after the original ending I awoke in the Citadel. If nothing seems to be working try downloading it again, don’t worry it should be free for re-downloading things!

   I’ve got exactely the same issues. The only thing I can do is look around and going into sneak mode. Found a cure yet?
