Both the platinum and the diamond have all three official NWN campaigns. NWN, NWN Shadows of Undrentinde and NWN Horde's of the Underdark. The diamond edition does come with more modules and I believe more patches installed. It really wouldn't matter which one you got, though. The second Neverwinter is a completely different campaign and has nothing to do with the first game. Level up and classes are also different in it, so playing the first one wouldn't really help you in the second one. It is an awesome game though, and I thought it was better than the second one anyways. So it's your choice. I prefer the Diamond Edition, and that's the one I would recommend.
