What is the best customization for the game Mass Effect?

I just got Mass effect and i want to know what the best profile you can make because i want to experience everything this game has to offer.

To do that, you’ll need to play the game aover a few times because it has alot of options.
You might want to go as an Inflintrator. They have a good mix of gun and biotic powers. So you get both sides of combat.
