What Elder Scrolls Oblivion mods are essential?

I just got the elder scrolls oblivion for PC and i was wondering what mods would make the game play a lot better and where I can download the mods.

Im a 360 player so I cant tell you which ones are essential. Check out Mods on Youtube also so you can see a bit of what there is to offer as well.

The official ones (except for horse armour and tomes), nothing else.
shivering isles, the knights of the nine are two offical essentials.
Modular oblivion Enhanced its on planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com it has several mods with it that makes oblivion so much better.
other than those, you can customize it to your ideas with different mods. no one can really tell you what mods you want, it’s taste honestly.
most people like the Lost Paladins of the Divines mod (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10505) or Saurons Armor Chest mod (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7690) or if you want to make the battles more real theres Deadly reflex (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8273) other than that i don’t know to many theres normally a “Top 100″ button or a “Hall of fame” button so yeah.
