What are the locked door inside houses in fable 2?

i have bought most of the houses in bowerstone market in fable 2 but some of them have big black doors that i can’t get open! what are these doors for?

Most people think they’re unfinished content (like the door to the house in Memory Lane that you can’t open). It’s possible that they may eventually become accessible through a patch or downloadable content, but right now, there’s no way to open most of them (there are a handful that open when you buy the house, but there’s nothing much there. One I found had a chest, and another had a dig spot).
I heard that if you buy the house and make it your home, then search all the cabinets and etc. then you can open it and it leads to a back alley with a chest with a gift or a potion in it.
