Warhammer: Dawn of War Dark Crusade Question?

If I get Dark Crusade without the orginal Dawn of War, can I play all the races in singleplayer skirmish? Or can I only play the 2 new ones in singleplayer skirmish?

   Yes. and in fact you only needed to get the dark crusade, but if you have Dawn of War installed too you get to play with them online

   Dark Crusade only lets you use the Necrons and the Tau in Skirmishes and online games. But you can use all 7 races in the campaign.
