If you’ve lost the password for your personal account, then you can simply make a new account. Although I don’t remember off the bat, I am sure there is an option to email yourself your password somewhere, perhaps on the Relic website.
If you’ve lost the serial number of your disk, then you are in a tough spot. There are some websites that give out those, but none are guaranteed to work. And I think that’s also illegal.
