Is there anyway of deleting your quests or redoing them on Fable 2?

I want to know if this is anyway of resetting or redoing your quests on Fable 2. I’m stuck on one part and now it’s messing up my game can someone please help?

You can reload the quest or just choose another quest and a message should pop up saying “if you leave now, you will have to start the quest from the beginning” so click yes.
No you cant reload if your game has already saved. But what you can do is quit and play online or with a friend to build up your character. This way it is a little easier.
