Is Mass Effect on PC different from Xbox?

I’ve seen alot from gamestop and other video game sites about Mass Effect for PC, my question is whether this version of the game is different from its Xbox 360 Counterpart. Does it have more content, or just better graphics? Thanks for anyone that helps.

Inventory system got an overhaul, and the decryption minigame was made less mind-numbing. I don’t believe there is additional content, but it may come prepackaged with the XBL downloadable “Bringing Down The Sky”.

The inventory menu systems are different, as is the minigame. We’re told it will also increase the amount of party-control the player has (having party members take cover, etc.) in the game.
The controls for the MAKO vehicle have also been reconfigured.
And yes, it will come with the DLC for free.

Like the others have said, the decryption minigame, inventory system, and crew controls have all been overhauled. In addition, they have also streamlined the graphics so textures load smoothly, rather than popping in like they did on the Xbox 360 among other changes.

Basically, they took most of the complaints about the 360 version and fixed them.
