Is it possible to have my Fable 2 disc replaced by Lionhead free of charge?

My brand new copy of Fable 2 is very laggy and glitchy and I wanted to know if it was possible to have it replaced by Lionhead (the developer of the game). I’d simply get a new one, but I lost the receipt. Even I’m not the only person who had a lot of problems from this game, I’m sure that I’m the only person to see floating pub chairs. Someone please help me.

Someone please give me a hand.

    Are you sure it’s the disk? I had a lot of problems with mine (particularly freezing) until I loaded the game onto the hard drive – this will also get rid of the “scratching” sound.

    The recent patch has solved quite a few problems – but not the floating pub chairs (in fact I didn’t start to get that until I loaded the patch & Knothole Island).
