You can choose to be a guy and girl. And you should get this game it is so friggin fun. You get more ugly and evil by the things you do (ex. you grow red eyes, get really pale, and if u r really bad u grow horns and turn red like the devil). But the nicer u r, the more prettier and cool looking u r. So unique its a great game.
