I lost a disc for an Xbox360 game ( Lost Odyssey) that has 4 discs, how do I get the 2nd disc replaced?

I’ve tried the XBox360 replacement policy and they want me to send them the disc but I don’t have it because I lost it. So they can’t help me. Any ideas?

   theres really nothing you can do but if you have a really good computer you could get a emulator of XBOX 360 and get the rom from a torrent other then that your gonna have to find the disk
   you are gonna have to wait like 3 years tho cus there arent any emus out and a computer even if it was a amazing insane computer couldnt runn a emu of XBOX360
   Do you have the receet to the game cus you could maybye return it if you got it at game stop. thats all i got
