Im pretty sure you go to the menu and options then interface and click around you should see a list of empty boxes eventually, they sould read top right bar bottom bar 2 and other things of that nature. Sorry i cant be 100% accurate i havent played WoW in a year. If u get the jist of what im saying you will find them.
