How do I unlock more expressions in Fable 2?

I just started playing Fable 2 yesterday, and I noticed that I had a lot of expressions missing. How do I unlock new ones? Do I have to pay for them or something? Do you unlock them as you go through the storyline?

Bowerstone Bookstore.
You can go to Bowerstone Bookstore in the market, and buy books which will teach you new expressions, although some cannot be purchased, and will only unlock if you are good or evil enough!

Buy them at bookstore, the bet expression, the ‘lute’ is bought outside the pub and oakfield, i love that expression.
