How do i install Fallout 3 mods if i downloaded it off steam and i cant find any data files?

Hey!
So i downloaded Fallout 3 off steam but when i try and install mods i cant find a file to extract it too im downloading from www.fallout3nexus.com how do i fix this?

   Too bad Y!A can’t police their own site. I’m not going to bother disabling Adblock Plus and the Y!A Filter in order to reveal the offensive “report” button and offensively report someone. Fukc that.

   To answer your question the Data folder should be somewhere like this: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout 3\Data

   And I recommend you use FOMM for easy mod checking, archive invalidation toggling, and DVD-less game launching.
