How do i get to the Grand Staff #2 in Lost Odyssey?

This is the final grand staff. I dont know if you have to fly or not. Please help ive been trying to get there for 30 min. Where do i have to go….and what do i have to use?

   you need to fly there and then use your wings of destiny and then jump on the ledge and use grasp of the fearless to kill the boss guarding it and then loot his key and go open the chest with the staff. it is booby trapped so be prepared to fight 3 green goblins that will come out, after they are dead batman himself will have the last fight with you. if you beat him he will drop the grand master staff and you win the game. gl

   When you are ready to return to Grand Staff, choose the landing point closest to Tosca, and launch the Nautilus. Began hugging the shore as you sail west, and you’ll eventually reach an inlet close to the glowing purple dot that’s on your map. You’ll be asked if you wish to pursue the Grand Staff. Select “Yes” and you’ll see some cutscenes, which result in you entering the Staff
