How do get the "waiting for files to close" message to go away when installing wrath of the lich king?

When i am trying to install wrath of the lich king in world of war craft on the wow installer a message that says "waiting for files to close” comes up. Please tell me what to do.

make sure your not trying to play warcraft at the same time your downloading wotlk if that doesn’t work you want to make sure any addon programs aren’t running either

    just do exactly this=
    1. Stop the instalation.
    2. Close everything that is running on your computer.
    3. Turn off computer.
    4.Turn back on the computer.
5.Try to install it again this time with all the files other than the installation closed.
