How can I take screen shots in Fable 2 on the Xbox 360?

I hear of people taking in-game screen shots of Fable 2 but I can’t for the life of me find where. I’ve also tried searching numerous times for this answer with no results hence why I ask, how can I take screen shots in Fable 2? Is it possible to also take screen shots of just your character or are the ones I find simply concept art?

   I don’t know how they take it. But what I do is I use my camera and just take the picture from the tv screen (I’ve a 60″ tv). I usually take that to post a picture along with the question I have about the game. Not for any collection purposes.
