Hello, can anyone tell me the great games that similar to Spellforce and Neverwinter Nights?

I need info for great games that similar to Spellforce and Neverwinter Nights. It’s better for the games that not use large PC resource and memory and not use Star Force Protection (it was crash my PC).
Many Thanks for the info.

the following games are now a few years old and should run fine on your PC, they’re really fun games similar to Neverwinter Nights

    Baldur’s Gate 1 and 2
    Icewind Dale 2
Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
    Nox

these are a bit newer and made by Bioware, the same people who made Neverwinter Nights, Knights of the Old Republic uses pretty much the same leveling system and feats.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2
    Jade Empire

Baldur’s Gate II: Shadows of Amn

Baldur’s Gate 1 and 2 for the PC are really fun D&D based RPGs. You create one character and then pick up other NPCs (which you control). In BG2, there is an option for romances between characters.

Icewind Dale 1 is more like Diablo in the sense that it’s very linear and basically a big dungeon crawl.

I never finished IWD2 but from what I did play it was pretty fun. Very much a hack ‘n slash game. Not a lot of role-playing in it.

Planescape: Torment was a very deep RPG but different than the others using the Infinity engine. Very interesting characters to interact with there.

Temple of Elemental Evil was very buggy but had moments. It’s worth about $10 to play through the Hommlet adventure and then see a bit more of the area. The temple itself is massive.

At all costs avoid Pools of Radiance 2 – Return to Myth Dranor. That might be the worst D&D based game ever released. No choices when characters level up (they follow a format) the dungeon levels are huge, movement is slow, and the game play is repetative. Other than that – it’s not very fun. :)

Knights of the Old Republic is a Star Wars based RPG that is
more Star Wars than Episodes I – III. Very fun game.

Elder Scrolls III – Morrowind. I played a bit on the Xbox and couldn’t really figure out what I was supposed to be doing. It was fun for a while – though I didn’t care for the art style of the game. IV looks incredible from pictures I’ve seen (Xbox 360, I believe).

If you have consoles – Fable is fun. And BG1 and 2 are very different games than the PC ones. More like a Gauntlet style dungeon crawl. BG2 has a neat feature where you can create magic items based on gems you find.

    Hope that helped.
