Does downloading Wrath of the Lich King install the others?

Well I read somewhere that when you download Wrath of the Lich King from the WoW installer from their website it also installs the BC and regular WoW. Is this true?

well it IS ON their official website
No, you can download it, but you won’t be able to play it because you need to install the Original and Burning Crusade before to be able to play. Plus, if you did install WOTLK, you would get screwed by level 70′s all the time since you can’t go to other continents.
