Can i run Warhammer: Dawn of war II with an ATI Radeon Xpress 200?

When i try to run Dawn of war II, i get an error message saying:

Failed to find a supported hardware rendering device.

Can i run this game without having to update my graphics card?

I have a celeron d processor 356, 3.33ghz, and 2gb ram.
