I have 5 recruit-a-friend passes for World of Warcraft. If you’re planning on starting an account soon (like, the next couple of weeks), please let me know and we’ll exchange info. Through the recruit-a-friend pass, if you play on the same server as me, I can summon you to upper-level areas and you’ll gain much higher experience for the first 90 days of the account.
Just hit me up so I can send you a pass!

If anyone is planning on starting wow, i highly reccomend to do this, its deffinetly a win-win situation, since both will get bonuses in exp, and in-game advantages. It gives you a really good boost
And requesting people to do this with Yahoo Answers is also against the Rules.
Here is why….
when they Refer you, you get linked to their account. If you are like most people that decide to play, and get hooked, when you upgrade your account, they will get extra perks. And then when you finally pay for a month of time to play since the game requires a 15 Dollar a month playing fee, they will also get 1 month free. So this person above looking to get 5 people is hoping that she will get 5 free months of playing time at your expense, which… is against the rules of this service.

the rule is right here:
Exploiting the community
Yahoo! Answers is a place to gain knowledge, not customers, page views, or dates. If you have years of experience in something, have a special hobby, own your own business, or if you are a knowledge partner, it’s OK to accompany a good, on-topic answer with a link to your website, blog, or email to offer more information. However, it is not OK to post links that are unrelated to the topic or are clearly meant only to solicit others for personal and financial gain. Also prohibited are solicitations like “Will you add me as a contact?” or propositioning people

The End result of the recruit a friend program is to get free months of playing time, which, unfortunately is for financial gain since you do not have to pay for the service.
